Edna Abney is a holistic healer, somatic guide, licensed psychotherapist, and mindfulness enthusiast. Edna owns a group private practice Mindful Life Services, where she supports her clients from a yogic-integrated lens, while also cultivating the next generation of yoga-informed mental health professionals.
