About the event
We hear a lot about “narcissism,” but what is it exactly? Join us for a discussion on narcissism that will include its origins, its symptoms, the effect it has on families, organizations, and relationships, kinds of narcissism (including grandiose and covert), and how to deal with it when confronted with it. The approach taken is one of understanding, not judgment. We will also consider how certain cultures reinforce, excuse, and amplify narcissistic attitudes and behaviors.
