Dr. Benmeleh empowers clients to embrace imperfection and uncover authenticity and joy through evidence -based practices that include meditation and emotional/physiological self-regulation. Additionally, she holds expertise in infant and maternal mental health, holding a profound understanding of toddler and child mental and emotional development. Serving as a bridge in parent- child communication, she cultivates harmonious relationships. Fluent in English and Spanish, she offers telehealth services for enhanced accessibility to support clients thrive personally and professionally.
