About the event

The Mindfulness Training Collective as part of National University's Whole Person Center would like to offer you an exciting opportunity to gather for midweek mindfulness. Our weekly virtual meditation meet-ups will be facilitated by various community members who will provide us with a safe and supportive space to explore the transformative power of mindfulness. Our lineup includes a variety of meditation practices including body scanning, silent stillness, compassion meditation, nature grounding, and mindful poetry reflections. No prior experience is necessary; everyone is welcome, regardless of their familiarity with mindfulness practices. The Mindfulness Meet-Up will be held weekly on Wednesdays @ 8:30-9:15am PST .
