About the event
This intensive workshop will offer practices and explorations for how to integrate mindfulness into your service and/or clinical work with couples. You will learn more about the basics of mindfulness practice to bolster your own personal familiarity with mindfulness. Themes such as relational awareness, working with conflicting emotions, and couples-oriented mindfulness. This workshop is open to practitioners and students of counseling, education, coaching, psychology, law, business, nursing and any other service-oriented profession. Beginners and seasoned practitioners of mindfulness are encouraged to attend.
Facilitator Bios:
Dr. Aurélia Bickler, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and AAMFT/State Approved Supervisor, hails from Paris, fluent in French, English, and conversational in Spanish and Hebrew. With a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy (2013) from Nova Southeastern University, she's been a certified hypnotherapist since 2005.
