My classes generally comprise of gentle mindful and therapeutic Tao-Yin (yoga and qigong fusion) movements with focus on energy flow, yogic breathing through pranayama, chanting, meditation, and yogic wisdom to help raise self-enquiry, self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-care.

Bringing together the timeless wisdom of Eastern yogic traditions with the evidence-based study of Western yoga therapy, Shikha meets people where they are, welcoming all bodies, abilities, and life experiences.
She supports individuals navigating stress, tension, chronic pain, and life transitions. Her sessions are therapeutic and contemplative, blending restorative movement, mindful breath, somatic practices, and reflective inquiry to nurture vitality, balance, and inner resilience.
